1.Production capacity: The daily capacity of HYPET's four-pipe extrusion line is above 10 tons for Line 2 & 12 tons for Line 3.
2. Water and air consumption: HYPET's optimized cooling water channel and aircircuit make the water and air consumption is 20% of the one of the traditional one.
3. The noise pollution: The saw blade of the traditional cutting equipment makespiercing noise while HYPET's chipless cutting make no noise.
4. Dust pollution: The traditional saw cutting causes severe dust pollution and thematerial tend to be wasted. And the one of HYPET's chipless cutting causes nodust.
