1.HYA-1 Processing Aids

3. OPE Wax
Advantages: It is a widely used polyol-type nonionic surfactant. Its core advantage stems from its amphiphilic molecular structure - the same molecule contains both hydrophobic long-chain alkyl groups and hydrophilic hydroxyl groups, which enables it to act as a "bridge" to connect oil and water.
4.Glycerin Monosterate
Advantages: It is particularly suitable as an internal lubricant for PVC products (such as pipes and profiles).
Its molecular structure is compatible with the resin, which can reduce the friction between polymer molecules, decrease the melt viscosity, thereby improving fluidity and reducing processing energy consumption. At the same time, it can form a lubricating layer between the product and the mold surface, making the product easier to demold and improving production efficiency and yield.
